They, We and Us could not pick a better warrior or woman to stand beside that being, our friend, Claire Knowles.

To the women of Eriu truth, justice and the land itself was the living sacred entity. There was no intellectual separation between religion and the earth being our church and a freedom of body, mind and spirit thrived throughout communities. Living, all life, all acts, all relationships were essentially in harmony as women and then gentleness reigned; not in any formal senses but as a matter of simple fact achieved by a collective of woman of strength and courage united for the greater good; of a people, with rights, their land and simply by speaking and searching for their truth.

In the past a discussion how change would come, opinion was offered that only the women of the land Ireland could and would encompass the spirit required to bring forward those obvious changes required in Ireland where banks instead of tanks waged a war.

When the women of Ireland unite versus just one of the issues we have that being the homeless, housing and eviction crisis and stare down the system reclaiming their age old powers that will be the beginning of change as they will have no answer to education, compassion and care, a place we collectively must return, in one life.  

On Monday next one of those sitting at that round table discussion Claire Knowles, in circumstances not envisaged that day, will by injustice or fate be enforced to take that stand in the High Court as many of you may know.

I would not wish this nightmare on anyone especially Claire who, We and I, have come to know and love over the last numbers of years. A beautiful soul, a mother and grandmother, and a lady who has taken a stand for herself and many around the country over the last numbers of  years.

Claire who has a huge heart recognised far greater problems, outside of her own struggles, and took a stand versus the overall threat that corrupt banks, government and the judiciary have subjected on us all.

Claire with intuition, in addition to compassion, has been heavily involved in the much required support for distressed mortgage holders all around Ireland and in her native and much loved Cork.

Claire is fighting for justice and to expose the banks who are controlling our lives, government and economy when we can live in a far better way and world. Make no mistake,Claire is fighting for you, me and every distressed mortgage holders rights in the country next Monday afternoon the 14th of December.

The end of that discussion not so long ago and agreed unanimously was for all of us to speak our truth and the day would come when the women of Ireland will stand united in the high court. They, We and Us  could not pick a better warrior or woman to stand beside that being, our friend, Claire Knowles.

The Illusion of democratic elections draws close

The media propaganda machine are in full flow as to who will win the 2016 General Deception. Will it be the despised Fine Gael party, the hated & unforgiven Fianna Fáil party or will Sinn Fein and a raft of smaller parties along with independents keep the  "I promise parties" of right wing politics who have always "governed" in check.

One thing is certain, the Labour party has shot it’s own supporters in the head and in my opinion will never again be a force in Irish politics. BUT whatever happens we can all be certain our big brother the EU will not allow any government form if they're not in control of it. After all Ireland is the greatest little corrupt country in the world and quite useful when it comes to doing a bit stuff in the shadows.

How do we know this?

Take a look at what happened to Greece. It was forced to capitulate and offer up its sovereignty in what can only be described as an unconditional surrender to Berlin and Brussels brought about by immense pressure on its financial systems and struggling economy. Greece was literally taken out in the courtyards and squares of Europe and publicly flogged for daring to oppose the unelected undemocratic dictators on the commission.

Now its happening in Portugal where the people voted to oust the right wing conservative ruling party, to find the democratically elected majority coalition led by the socialists is not allowed form a government despite it being the will of the sovereign Portuguese people. Portugal’s president is refusing to appoint a left wing constitutional government by insisting conservatives should soldier on as a minority in order to satisfy Brussels and appease foreign financial markets. Why is it that yet again Democracy must take a back seat to the higher imperative of euro rules, membership and dictatorship.

So back to our banana so called republic where its time to decide whether or not  to take part in the deception of the general elections, knowing that if the EU get the wrong result a government won’t be allowed form anyway. Its already happened here twice in the past via the Nice and Lisbon referendums and anyone thinking it won’t happen again is a fool.

Remembering the old line if voting made a difference it would be illegal i'm quickly coming to the conclusion voting is a deception and participating in it only deceives myself.

It appears to me elections are just illusions to appease the appetites of an unhappy nation  who are pissed off with the scraps thrown from the table by the status quo.

Barrister unhappy with 60 year old woman's Official Offer and promissory note defense

Yesterday I sat in court 33 in the Four Courts with 2 friends watching banks and the State demolish families through an unjust legal administration process which see's them eventually turfed out of their dwellings (the place where they live) and onto the street. This is something I do week in week out, but  this day was different.

I had attended court 33 this sunny friday morning, to support my friend Mary (not her real name) a 60 year old woman who through no fault of her own had found herself before the courts and is now fighting for her very existence.

These courts are a very cold place indeed if one is facing this crisis alone, But we had come to support Mary in her hour of need.

Sauve barristers grovel, whinge, complain and act (some wouldn't be out of place in a Hollywood movie) to court Registrars like their owed something, others are pimple face youngsters barely qualified out of college getting to cut their teeth, and the first blood they draw will be the life blood from some poor unfortunate family. All of them actors working in the Crown court system dispossessing Irish families of their shelter, which as everyone knows is a necessity to live in Ireland.

Anyway, There were 47 seven family homes coming under the hammer, I sat there and watched  the proceedings, I watched the barristers communicate with the Registrar through secret hand signals (a ploy used in all courts to make sure the barristers get what they want) to manipulate the defendants into unwinnable positions.

The people before this court are not immature youngsters, they are middle aged couples with young families, I watched the fear in their eyes as their names are read from the list.

For many its their first time ever in a courtroom, They have no idea whats going on as the Registrar chats with them explaining the seriousness of the case, as they contract unknowingly and give jurisdiction to the court.

Then it was Mary's turn, Its her 5th time in so a bit more serious for her, The barrister stood up and started whinging as he had done all morning, that he hadn't received the affidavit he was supposed to get. Mary handed him his copy and pleaded ignorant to that rule. On his reading of the first paragraph one could immediately see the contents of the document disturbed him. So back to the begging and whinging he went and eventually asked for a few minutes so he could get his head around the headache document Mary had just given him.

While I can't say whats in the document, Mary has been using a process called the Official Offer. I could clearly see the barrister didn't like it because it had allowed Mary to rebut his previous affidavit and offer a defense.

Upset by the contents of the document the barrister began whinging and begging the court again, saying he had been hurt by Mary not knowing the rules and this had forced him to waste a day in court, (he must have forgotten we had watched him re-presenting other cases earlier) and he chanced his arm and asked for costs. With a small prompt Mary objected and this really pissed him off when Mary once again objected to the Registrar asking her to pay his costs, So they weren't given. Why? because there was no consent from Mary to allow this. Remember the barrister is already getting paid, why should he get paid twice. So Mary was right to object.

Now even more upset the barrister continued to whinge like a little girl (it was embarrassing to be honest) he now took it upon himself to reply personally to Mary's affidavit. How strange he hadn't even consulted with his client the Bank and he sought a two week period to reply. This was granted by way of an adjournment till october 19th and we left the court room.

So what happens now you may ask? Well the Banks Solicitors have to serve Mary with this replying affidavit in two weeks, then Mary has till the 15th of october to rebut this replying affidavit if she chooses.

Whatever happens from now on for Mary will decide if we have a justice system or not.

I say we have a Justice system and that the Judges will do their jobs without fear or favor, affection or ill will towards any man or woman and uphold the constitution and the laws.

Heres a question, What happened in Irish society that tens of thousands of Irish families find themselves in this situation.

I offer this piece of advice to all who find themselves in this situation, tread carefully how you approach this. Do not stick your head in the sand, Offer a defense, Communicate with the lender, (do this through mail, not the phone), seek out help from people who know about the court procedure and can offer some guidance.

In court yesterday I also seen a family dwelling taken in a Balbriggan with a stroke of a pen because no defense was offered. make sure thats not you, turn up and defend your dwelling.

I say to the people that WE are sovereign, and that WE are free

I have travelled to and attended many assemblies and protests over the years, and I have stood in solidarity and have compassion with the people who have been oppressed by successive governments who have lied, bullied and enslaved the people of this great island.

I have listened to the opposition who tell us VOTE for us we are different BUT offer NO SOLUTIONS, who have all the same whips and chains as those who would try enslave us now.

We are told we have democracy BUT thats just another LIE, What we have is an elected DICTATORSHIP that comes around once every 5 years or so and we get the chance to vote for LIARS, THIEVES and PARASITES in a rigged election.

I see my children and their children being sold into corporate slavery by corrupt political classes who pretend to represent us, but really only represent themselves and their corrupt agendas.

I am tired of the LIES and ask that the people read and share my words of encouragement to fulfil those dreams we all have, to simply live in a country where we prosper in life without want or fear.

When you’re ready to rise up, you’ll rise up,

All the power you need is in your hands,

Now look around you, our country has been hijacked by generations of liars, thieves and parasites.

While you work harder & harder, they are rigging the game against you.

No need for poverty, No need for suffering, there is no scarcity,

WE are the victims of a robbery of unimaginably proportion,

The truth is,

There is more than enough to go round,

60 years ago they predicted entire families would live on the wage of just one provider.

What happened to that dream ?

We have technologies that multiply our efforts  a 1000  fold and connect us in ways our forefathers would never have thought possible,

We are many times richer than in those hay days of the 50s,

We are heirs to a great prosperity and wealth,

Trillions in oil and gas alone, We have Gold beneath our feet,

There is more than enough for every man woman and child,

But  we don’t experience this wealth is because its been stolen by a corrupt criminal class, (politicians and the EU),

They loot through huge corporations, By raising prices & lowering wages,

They steal the fruits of our labour and productivity,

Once whole families prospered on one wage,

Now both parents work, delivering 8 times the productivity of years gone past but still struggling to make ends meet.

Our government control the media using social issues to confuse and divide us,

BROTHER against BROTHER, Neighbour against Neighbour,

 So we fight each other,

While they rape and pillage our precious resources and those of our children and grandchildren,

They make us fear too big to fail banks collapsing,

BUT…. if these banks failed we’d suddenly recover the millions being stolen from this country every single day,

DO NOT VOTE FOR THESE CROOKS.

Who abuse you and enslave you and your children,

They who will steal your lives, by telling you what do, what to think, how to feel.

Did they think to conquer us the people?

WE.. the sovereign people who have vision and prophecy and the gift of fiery speech,

WE.. who have love in our hearts,

WE.. who have no treasure but hope,

No riches but a memories of an ancient glory when we were supreme,  

WE.. who are not slaves.

Do they think to trick us the people into believing, you are our masters,

WE.. the sovereign people who have no masters.

WE.. who will NOT be under the lash of a master,

WE.. the people who they have tried to shame,

We who are the flesh of their flesh, the bone of their bone,

WE.. who will never submit,

WE.. who have souls greater than those who will try to enslave us,

And because we are of the people, We understand the people,

WE.. who are sorrowful with our sorrow, Hungry with our desires,

WE.. who are heavy with the grief of mothers who cannot feed or house their children,

Our eyes are wet with the tears of hungry children,

Ashamed that they have gone in want, while others have been full,

WE.. who have learned from old men,

WE.. who have laughed and cursed with young men,

Their suffering is our suffering and we are ashamed for it,

We are ashamed we have walked in fear of liars who would jail us, 

WE.. who should paint stripes on our bodies, if we are to carry this shame.

I say to the people that WE are sovereign, and that WE are free despite what THEY may tell us,

That WE are greater than those who would try to enslave us with their writs and their summons threatening us if we do not do their bidding.

WE.. who are stronger and purer,

We just need to find the courage to oust these crooks and remove them from our minds and from our lives, 

BUT now I speak to those who would try to be our masters,

BEWARE, BEWARE of the thing that is coming,

BEWARE of the risen people and we will take what you would not give,

Did you think to conquer the people, or that your law is stronger than our life,

WE.. the beautiful people who are free,

WE.. will try it out with you,

You that have harried and harassed, bullied and bribed,

Replace their corrupt systems and institutions with better systems and institutions that benefit all of us,

Take back the rewards of our labour and productivity,

Share our prosperity,

We can do this you know,

WE.. are the people, and when we come together we have the POWER , to create whatever future we want.

But its up to you,

Because when we come together we can create anything.

GOVERNMENT FAILING TO STOP THE IMPLOSION OF OUR HEALTH SERVICE

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Leo Varadkar have failed miserably in their main objective to stop the implosion of our public health service,

A  Cabinet reshuffle was announced in the budget and its main objective was to stop the “a complete breakdown ” of the health system, It hasn’t happened and didn’t work.

New Health Minister Dr Leo Varadkar says he will deliver a complete change in policy, So where is it ? Miami

According to government estimates 2015 will have the same level of spending as 2014 where essential services were cut and slashed to the detriment of patients. So it looks no change there, (No money for sick people but money for bondholders)

Recently we were told the health system was getting and increase in funding and this will lead to services will be improved. Now just 3 months on this has been exposed for the lie it is as the health service implodes upon itself.

The Government has ordered a certain level of services but have refused to acknowledge or say what these services are or what they will cost. So far what we are left with is a sad shoddy excuse for a public health service.

Maintaining  the same level of funding will NOT stabilise services, WHY?  because waiting lists are growing and the Government itself has said that €200 million more is needed to deal with the current crisis.

Government continues to show little or no commitment to tackling the growing crisis in our health service.

All the evidence points to 2015 being another cronic year for our health system and the patients looking to avail of its services. But because of the governments failures to act when it needed to there will be deeply damaging long-term effects.

This cathrosophic disaster is only going to worsen, however it’s all part of the plan of this coalition government who’s overall plan is to privatise every service operating in this country.

Well Done Herr Kenny & Herr Varadkar you have failed to provide real answers or real solutions AGAIN!
